Windows Vista Support
TigerViz is currently not compatible with both Windows Vista and Windows Media Center Edition.
We have contacted Microsoft regarding this problem, and are working toward a solution.
Please email us (chris@tigerviz.com) or call us (877-211-8603, toll free) if you have any questions about the status of this problem.
We will post updates on this website as progress is made in resolving this problem.
If you are currently running Windows XP, it is also important that you turn off all Windows Updates on the PC’s where TigerViz is running. One of Microsoft’s updates causes Windows XP PC’s to have the same TigerViz DVD playback problem as PC’s that are running Windows Vista and Media Center Edition.
